The Czech auto maker, Skoda first introduced its fabulous Fabia back in 2008 and then revamped version of the small car was launched in 2009 to hold the dipping sales. After a period of two and a half year, Skoda has unleashed another variant of itsFabia which promises to be more electrifying, loaded with more features and is placed at the top of the Fabia trim table. Unveiled on 24th April, 2012, Skoda Fabia is an exhilarating hatchback with top class fit and finish and some exotic styling.

Termed as Super Hatch by its makers, theFabia Scout has got improved looks with new front bumper with spoiler and rear one with diffuser. For added safety, peripheral protective cladding is also bestowed in the new Skoda Fabia Scout. With top notch players in the market in the name of Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai i20 and now Ford Figo, it is becoming tougher for Fabia to lure car enthusiasts. Undoubtedly, the quality and features embraced in Skoda cars are a depiction of the legacy of the Volkswagen subsidy.The all new Skoda Fabia Scout will be competing with the likes of Maruti Swift, Hyundai i20, Ford Figo, Honda Jazz and Volkswagen Vento.

Engine, Specification & Performance:-

Engine has been kept similar to its ongoing model, i.e. the same 1.2L MPI In line powerful petrol engine. This engine delivers maximum power of 70 bhp at 5400 rpm along with generating thumping torque of 108 Nm at 3000 rpm. Also a 1.2 litre, TDI CR, 3 cylinder, DOHC, turbocharged, high pressure direct injection, liquid cool diesel engine churns out maximum power of 75 bhp at 4200 rpm along with generating max torque of 180 Nm at 2000 rpm.  Both the engines are mated with 5-speed manual transmission.

The petrol Fabia sprints from 0-100 kmph in just 14 seconds with a top speed of 160 kmph while the diesel variant accelerates from 0-100 kmph in quick 17 seconds and has the top speed of 185 kmph.

Exteriors:-

Scintillating Skoda Fabia Scout is blessed with contemporary styling and has got an upper hand on the existing Fabia with new stylish bumper and projector headlamps. Looks of Fabia were never a complaint factor thus they are kept intact apart from few changes here and there. Chromed front grill with Skoda logo nicely tucked in along with the lines and curves are finely placed at right areas with neatly designed overall exterior. The five stroke 15inch alloy wheels present the hatchback with awe-inspiring appearance.

Interiors:-

The alluring variant of Skoda is equally adorable from inside as well. The best-in-class cabin with superior comfort level takes you to a new world of luxury. The inside of the hatchback is blessed with dual tone design along with innovative technology and safety features. The thing which amuses you the most is the multi-textured seat fabrics. The four stroke steering wheel with Skoda’s emblem in centre looks stunning.
